Melina's New Beginnings

The first of the Asonni or Asonians, a small race of demigods created by the Orisha and the Egyptian Ogdoad, Melina was born Neferukayet Suhndath with the power of Sopdet empowering her very being. As the First Asonni, she led her kin to fight with the gods against the god-killing parasites called the Nedeja. Even after fighting with the gods against the god-killing parasites called the Nedeja, Melina was betrayed by the Roman deities and imprisoned in a coveted ark. As fate would have it, in the year 2000 Melina was freed by accident by her descendant but instead of anger against the gods who have mostly perished in the thousands of years she was sealed away, Melina decided to help humanity as the first known superpowered hero Pharaosa.
