Kyira in Autumn

Born in the Asante Empire, Kyira's family were impoverished farmers until she was given to a traveling swordsman named Zuzi. As they traveled through the middle east, Kyira and Zuzi were attacked by a mythical creature, a manticore. Though they killed the beast, it wasn't before she lost her eye and nearly bleed to death until Zuzi transformed her into a vampire. Taken to Hkakabo Razi where the Redryder vampire clan based themselves at the arcane and hidden Veturveyne Fortress, Kyira was trained in Zuzi's preferred combat style of Bushido for decades to perfect her newfound abilities and vampiric desires.
