Sebastius Noellan

Here is Sebastius Noellan, commandant of the British elite fighting force called the Legionnaires. Genetically enhanced by British alchemists & doctors to become a super-soldier, Sebastius is a war hero and military elite who has one many battles for the empire, highly respected by both civilians and politicians alike. He's sacrificed a lot for his home, including his son who was KIA alongside him in the Demon Gate Incident, and an ex-wife that hates him as a result. He wields the legendary sword known as Soulsyn that enables his supernatural magics that range from teleportation to temporarily stopping time around him.
