Another sketch piece done by Quirkilicious (https://www.instagram.com/quirkiliciouz/?hl=en), this time of Sebastius Noellan. I love seeing this character fleshed out some more as my regal and tragic villain of the story. He's the first villain I showcased and we'll be seeing more of him soon.
